As you know, I went through a crafty phase during the holidays during which I joined Pinterest. Pinterest is addictive because it is full of internet users who have “pinned” their favorite recipes, crafts, ideas, pictures, blogs, videos,… well, you can find almost everything.
Among these gems I have found is this internet meme: The Ridiculously Photogenic Guy.

He is this dude named Zeddie Little who randomly got his picture taken during a marathon and I must admit, he is ridiculously photogenic.

Oh alright. I admit it. I have seen the Avengers and I LOVED IT! When R was home a couple of weeks ago, we took the kids to see it right before we got married again. It was so cool! The wedding was awesome too but the Avengers are so awesome! I won’t give anything away and I searched for a link to the movie trailer but all of them seem to be down right now.
Honestly, I think the little girl in me still believes in superheroes. The thirty-something me thinks that it is silly to believe that superheroes could save the world but is it? Superheroes are flawed, whether it is arrogance or naivety or whatever Stan Lee has thrown their way. And yet despite these flaws, superheroes still fight against supervillains, against Norse gods turned bad, against evil in our world.
And yet despite our flaws, superheroes still fight for us.
